and treat people well' indeed should be the basis on dealing
with any people.

I have many jrs in Mexico, though I have only been to Juarez
in the 80's for IBM which did assembly mfg there, so have no
interior experience at all.

<Losers have to give up gracefully> Yes. In the US it is easy
as both sides are essentially chosen to put up a sham battle
with the outcome already decided to benefit the powers that be.
