A relative who lives in Kuwait was visiting last night. He said there are fundamentalists there too, and a fair amount of misguided anti-American feeling. He must have noticed the look on my face, because he hastened to add that it was misguided. (He's not from there, just works there, and hasn't been back since before the attacks.)
