If anyone is planning to go to the stockholders meeting, You had better make your reservations at Kiawah Island Resort soon. I called them and they said they are about to release all remaining rooms. Cost $214.00 plus tax per night. Charleston is very close and I would suggest you stay there. More to do and better rates.

For those of you who would have flown in, The fares have gone up. It would have been nice to have known when the fares were dirt cheap and most everyone could have gone .
Herb and I are driving. We would have liked to have spent the night at the resort, but TOO expensive for us at this moment. If DCTC was up maybe things would have been different.
