Incorrect. They are not at full capacity. They announced last qtr that they were running at about 86% capacity. They also said that they were going to boost capacity. NEW YORK, Feb 13 (Reuter) - Dell Computer Corp Chairman and Chief Executive Michael Dell said that overall personal computer demands continues to be "very good" and that he is comfortable with current industry forecasts of 15 to 20 percent PC unit growth worldwide over the next few years.
