I've provided all information that has been kept hush hush.
KRA will be a winner. When news does come out it will be
settled.

BDC has been halted yestaurday by the company not the exchange.
They have some very good news to be released Monday. Again,
BDC is the company rumoured to be having possible JV ties with
KRA.

Furthermore, if you do your homework, you will see that Kevin
Addie(former Director of BDC) became a director of KRA
in Nov 1996 & Alison Beruschi was disclosed as a finder as of
Jan 1997 with KRA and is also a finder of BDC.

To reach the offices of KRA, or to reach the above parties you
must contact BDC's offices. When Arnie Miller says he is going
over to the office to talk with Management--he is actually going to
BDC's office.

There is definately something in the works and in speaking with
KRA's top officials that spring will offer major developments.

In the short term (anytime) we are expecting news on property
aquisition and likely talk about finalizing an agreement with
a JV partner--they do not have to disclose who yet.
