Well, there has been a lot of block buying in this baby since it took over the newest asset consolidation. I beleive we are seeing the beginnings of a Blue Chip real estate stock, several institutional and mutual funds are adding this stock to their portfolios. I'm looking forward to a huge 97-98, earnings of probably $1.00/share, and i expect dividends also. Stock price should go to $30 in 98. Any other opionions? philip t.
