Rumors have told that,,,,TVGE is a web design and programming company. It does revenues of about $2mm, and is cash flow positive. It grows internally, but plans to do acquisitions to grow even faster and develop into areas and businesses that compliment its current one. The time frame is this week. The acquisition will be made by TVGE, which is now an independent company, and the plans for TVGE are big and exciting plans where it will become a cash cow and a growth company.
