Further to my last post, the Company got back to me on the private placement. They expect to close it very soon. I assume because it is successful. Interesting that the purchase price was 10 cents under the current bid, and 40 cents was an amount per unit which would get them to their goal, and the stock's been up around 50 cents. Now, as the deal's about to close, the stock recedes to 40 cents. Ain't it something?

Well, the good news is that it looks like the Company will have the
cash it needs to meet its Cultor contract obligations for the next year. If it can now actually produce the stuff in sufficient quantities, we will begin to see cash flow. Big if, but things seem to be on track, at least so it looks from here (about 6000 miles away).
