George, Very well said and I know it was from the heart. There are many of us sitting on the fence not knowing what to do. After the loss in that other Co., Herb and I will make every effort to be at that meeting no matter what. We would have liked to have stayed at the hotel where the meeting will be, but unfortunatly for us, that is out of the question. Dorine It still bothers me that this meeting was planned for a long time and it would have been nice if they had informed us. The block of rooms they held are being released and the sweet girl at the travel agency said she would be happy to find us rooms in Charleston. Sure, the shareholders get to stay at MOTEL 6^ while the Directors and CEO's stay at the luxury Kiawah Island Resort. And they probly will travel First Class by plane, and we will get to drive for two days going and coming. What a laugh. Sorry folks, I had to say it as I see it. Dorine
