It was a single hook bait with a rubber dealy on the hook tip. I remember looking at it when I tied the bait on and thinking I should remove it before fishing. The rapture of the 70 mph boat ride fogged my thinking so I just grabbed the outfit out of the rod locker and cut loose. At least I wasn't hung up on every cast.ggg
