Why do you think some states are hollering when it is mentioned that the Feds want to have the individual states to take over the welfare system? States run by democrats buying votes with handouts would collapse under their own weight after the hard working citizens left and took their taxes with them.

And some people still believe the Civil War was fought over slavery.
