It's the next step and has been since the war ended - we've been looking for wmd for over twelve years ted. We continue to look, but helping the people began the day the war started.

I don't suffer that pretense, I've stated as fact we don't go to these places unless we have a national interest (or an election). It was just damned lucky the Iraqi's have a big pile of oil to sell us.
