Wasn't BMEZ purchased for $14.2086? That was a quick 5.4% gain on 40% of your shares. You could have bought them back much cheaper within the next week.

That's why I mentioned to Chowder about if someone is not going to participate in the T.O. they should sell their shares and buy them back after. The price usually falls after the offer. Taxes may be a reason not to participate but it's usually in the best interest to either participate or sell before.
