Hi Vincent: Thats the heart of it, only people who can give a flat
rate that cheap..will be the BIG Co's who can do it at cost to
get you to use their Long Distance service, and the little IPS,
who can keep expense down..AOL can't make it on the 19.95 rate
it's that simple..if they do a BYOA..how are they going to
compeat with all the free stuff..no they shot themselves in
the foot and are crippled now..and will likly get taken over,
( not bought out )they will likley be allowed to live long enough
to upgrade a bunch of stuff..then the other shoe will drop,
as they won't be able to pay for it..they may sell more shares
in an attempt..but that will dump the stock price below 20.
