Yes, it is. Just like it has been easy money to invest in AAPL as a long since the split announcement – yet another opportunity to profit from Apple's fortunes
In addition to presuming that AAPL's climb since the split was related to the split, you're using hindsight and talking about one stock. We were discussing splits in general. If it's so easy to profit by simply buying stocks that have splits announced, why not do so large-scale?
