MSI, Re: it sounds tricky, without cameras in front or something similar, The military has everything needed for remote control. First of all, navigation could have been controlled totally by means of GPS waypoints and endpoint. Radar and laser guidance are secondary alternatives. There is absolutely no need for visual (camera) data when guiding a plane.
