CELG management spent +$20B on three dug/candidates, and SHs will in return receive ~$6B (CVR=9$, and it is with big IF)!? So, who will pay difference? Management?? Instead, they are awarded with $+200M (give or take it few M here and there). So, yes, this may looks in surface bad deal for CELG SH (management/ BofD actuality did better spending $$$ on share-buyback),...
but SHs should acted when there was still time. Actually, they did voted with "confidence", by drowning stock price to 60...
