I use xteq for many different tweaks. Most of these can be accomplished with registry edits and preferences within programs but I like the idea of having a program built to do those things handle it with one click. There are way too many things that you can do with it for me to go into detail. As a rough estimate, I'd guess you have the option of changing a hundred different things. There are so many it takes a while to go through them. You might find many tweaks that you like or you may only find a few.

ps: I just saw PMW's comment about xteq and I've never searched for dustbunnies so that may be something to consider.
