Believe it or don't all those things are window dressing and will be worked out in the regs. But one thing is clear, if this thing passes I will make a very knowledgeable guess that it will bring in about 7 Trillion Dollars in new capital to the American Market. A great deal of this money will be available for startups. This is not just for old line companies, this will effect the way every company on the board strategizes. This is a BIG deal. Perhaps I vituperize a bit too much.
