What about Convertible Subordinated Notes? Another company I own issued $100M in 5% Convertible Subordinated Notes due in 2003. The conversion is given in the following link: techstocks.com The correlates seem to be the same as convertible preferred stock, "institutional investors", increasing short position, and plummeting stock price. Is it possible that these Notes are being used in a manner similar to a preferred stock conversion? George D.
