There was a story CNNfn just this morning on the shaking out of the online industry. A lot of big name players have given up their online presence because of the big bucks required and low return on that investment. Bill Gates showed his face and said that he doesn't expect to make ANY money at all from MSN for at least a decade. So how do you guys plan to beat the odds and actually make more money than Microsoft in the online world? Do you really think that it's wise for a company in your position to be putting resources into developing something that won't pay off in the short term, especially since you guys are just operating from quarter to quarter?
