How do you limit group interaction in a Metropolis ? Toronto, New York, LA, Montreal you cannot.. besides as I said biz was not the problem really .. folks were by and large following the protocols.. (not the Quebec City dumdums gym owner of course :) It was folks socializing ... bubbles were like a plethora of Venn diagrams on steroids ... chained together There were no bubbles...
