Dear Tracy:

Thank you for sending me a message. I am the one who had problems with Etrade while trading JBOH. I Have already received a reply from Etrade telling me it was a good fill. I have told them to look at it again and correct their errors.

Additionally, I have contacted Pennsylvania's Attorney General, PA securities commission and NASD.

Please advise me as to what I should do next.
