Yes, near Sept Lows It will indeed be a good time to buy if we move close to the Sept Lows. I am looking at Hopefully the Dow only bottoming as low as 9000. I have heard a Lot of people target 9400 Dow as a Bottom. I only fear that it will only be a Bounce. Only time will tell how Low we go. Going into the weekend I do not think that the Sellers will be the problem today but rather that the Buyers will be waiting for Monday to get in. JMHO though.
