We would need to know their formula. If we guess that the formula price was, say, $7.5/share then we are talking 2 million shares - or about a 15% increase in the current number of outstanding shares. - I'm not sure if I have this straight, but it sounds like they have the choice in 181 days of continuing with their 9.5% or in buying the stock at that formula price. - I am wondering if this is how the institutions have been investing into ECGOF the last month or so. - We do need to know the formula, but I would be quite surprised if McGinnis tried anything that did not help himself out with all those shares he purchased. David
