Brian, Jim 5 days on the 15th makes it the 20th unless the 5th day is part of the extension period. Why we need all this leaving everything to the last minute is mystifying. Huge companies manage to get their quarterlies out 3 to 4 weeks after closing but this company which needs to know where every postage stamp has gone in order to survive needs 45 days plus an extension to add up and balance its check-book and count the inventory. My message to Bud...write off everything. The share price reflects everything being worthless so he might as well "subtract" value to this point. My previous post was about a company which looked like it was in Europe but it was really from French Canada. Makes you wonder how many units they will sell in the rest of North America if their Web Site is in French only. Rob PS How much does anyone want to bet that they're having a problem with the CSS deal.
