All securities regulators have published guidelines governing the use of social media by company insiders.

The basic message is to avoid posting or being involved in message boards. The risk being that information can be selectively disclosed or incorrect information is circulated.

I think the Agoracom board is a serious mistake and shows very poor knowledge of the risks associated . I am also opposed to my shares being diluted to pay for such a useless site.

The Agoracom site carries special risks. It is a site paid for, and monitored by the current Zen CEO . The fact the board moderator can censor or approve posts essentially makes them messages of the company. He is the equivalent to an editor I have only looked a few times but believe at least one contained false information . This information was left to stand by the moderator. So just as a newspaper or other media can be found liable for false information so can the host of a message board.

The message I found false related to the previous BOD members involvement in financing or share purchases . Directors and other members have contributed to financing to say otherwise is false and misleading . As a result of that post you find the news being repeated and further circulated.

The Agoracom board may lead more problems than its worth
