Here are some company details posted in the SEC document dated 11/10/99 that may be news:

"Cash generated from operations totaled $5.6 million and $4.9 million, or $1.02 and $.88 [per share], in the nine months ended September 30, 1999 and 1998, respectively. Investments in product masters for the nine months ended September 30, 1999 and 1998 totaled $2.6 million and $2.1 million respectively.

The quarter's higher level of general and administrative expenses primarily reflected higher compensation amounts and legal expenses of $105,000 related to an insurance claim for a prior year, WHICH PRODUCED A FAVORABLE PRE-TAX SETTLEMENT OF $300,000 IN THE FOURTH QUARTER. [That's this quarter]

During the nine month period ended September 30, 1999, sales in the retail segment increased $3.8 million or 32.5% to $15.5 million, compared to $11.7 million in the same period in 1998. For the quarter ended September 30, 1999 sales in the retail segment increased 39.0% to $5.7 million, compared to $4.1 million during the same period in 1998.

International sales for the nine month period grew by 21.4% to $5.1 million, as compared to $4.2 million in the same period in 1998 while international sales for the three month period increased 31.3% to $1.6 million in 1999. International sales growth was experienced in all significant territories including Singapore where revenue increased 38.9% during the 9 month period."
