It sounds like you had fun. Ahhh .. BC ... ROFLOL! This year's snowfall is one of the heaviest on record (I hiked the JMT from Yosemite to Whitney in '98, the last big snowfall year). I'm hoping to get up there this fall, but I'm not sure if I'll make it this year. I am heading to Yellowstone in early September. Getting high refreshes my batteries.
