I've been shut out of ALTA. My check from Wit was mailed and they won't let me reopen an account. I'm a little peeved that they send out an email saying our accounts will be transferred or closed if we don't take action. Then SEVERAL weeks later they address the CMGI DSP issue. I'm sure I'm not the only one who closed their Wit account since they already have Etrade account. Poor communication and poor business.
