CHECK THIS OUT!!! 1,006,942 shares for sale!!

.... America Online Inc said Monday in a shelf registration filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission that some of its shareholders offered up to
1,006,942 common shares for sale.
The largest selling shareholders include AT&T Corp (NYSE:T)
with 480,786 shares for sale, Draper Associates II LP with
278,464 common and Peter Burnight with 47,210 common shares.
The filing did not identify Burnight.
The stock sale is not underwritten, the company said in the
filing.
American Online, based in Dulles, Va., is engaged in the
interactive services market with nearly $1.1 billion in revenue
during fiscal 1996.

If T wanted to take over AOL here is proof that its not likely to happen.
