Chief's new rational as to why the road construction into the Albany site will not be successful.

1. The contractors will not be able to cut down the trees because some of them are hardwood.

2. Keeping the chain saws sharp will cost millions.

3. When and if they ever construct the road it cannot be used because it might be icy.

4. Snow tires on the trucks will cost them millions.

5. Because it is so cold up near Hearst the trucks will need antifreeze. The antifreeze will cost them millions.

6. It will be nearly impossible to take the fallen trees out because they will be too soft to remove them Some of the trees are softwood trees.

7. Those people working on the road will need to wear winter boots. Winter boots will cost them millions.

8. There might be SULPHUR issues.
