If USB's stock collapses or spikes upward, my guess is that the deal will be renegotiated. In the end, a reasonably fair price for BCOM will be had, not a price that is exhorbitantly high or low. It would be interesting to see the document to see if it addresses the possibility of a USB stock price that is significanrlt different from today's price. --Mike Buckley
