Int'l Data Files To Sell $4M Of Stock In Exodus (EXDS)

(NewsTraders.com)-- International Data Group is looking to sell 174,142 shares of Website hosting firm Exodus Communications ( EXDS ), according to a Form 144 filing released Friday by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

International Data, a Boston-headquartered IT media and information services company, listed plans to unload the shares, valued at roughly $4 million, on Dec. 22.

Robertson Stephens was named to execute the planned stock disposition.

Exodus, of Santa Clara, Calif., has approximately 427 million common shares outstanding.

Of note, a Form 144 only shows a filer's intent to sell the shares. Actual verification of the sales, if and when they occur, would be provided in a subsequent filing.

In the final hour of trading, shares of Exodus were down $2.25, or 10.5%, at $19.25, near the stock's 52-week low.
