RICHARD, we don't need a top manager except that all companies have one. we are doing fine without one. the two guys running this show need no help to get this company where it is going. however, they informed me that we will have one and the real reason is, one is an expert in finance, the other is the same in research. so, a balanced leader will concentrate on sales, research, growth, advertising, etc..the list goes on.. as to who gets the job. won;t move htis stock five cents. it will move based on a time frame all ready in place.
