The special stockholder meeting is scheduled for January 19, 2001. I discovered today that the original date of December 28, had been changed. The proxies are being sent out and I think they will have new financing in the wings. The sales are not there yet, but I think they will improve. The main thrust in the automotive business is in the parts and service areas. Parts and service are pretty steady unlike car sales. They are hanging their star on e-commerce and they will either smoke or fail. JB
