Anyone see the feature story on AOL's travails on PBS's "News Hour" this evening? There is also an active discussion on "AOL's Troubles" in the "Voices" section of the Wall Street Journal Interactive: engaged.well.com There it seems about the only ones who are supporting AOL are AOL investors. Most of the rest are mad and relate AOL horror stories culminating with frustration at how hard it is to cancel AOL and/or get refunds. Regards
