Going to post, which along with spending some time in the garden with my dog, will maybe keep a little
normal in my life. Mom fell ( at least on the grass) Friday evening. Ambulance to the hospital, CT scan
revealed two fractures in her pelvis. Cracked not broken. Also, a 4"x4"x5" tumor in her uterus. Mind and
memory taking a deep dive. For a moment yesterday she didn't know who I was, and when I asked her
who she thought I was, she asked: my husband? The wife and I aren't capable of getting her to the
bathroom if she can't walk, so looking at a nursing home and physical therapy. Just sucks.
