Ahh, thanks. Did the figgerin', and at a share price of only .28 for ACTB, the RS would take that to $8.40/share on an adjusted basis. Anything above .28 would be gravy, and far exceeds listing requirements for listing on say NASDAQ. Not a bad precaution, IF that's their intention,,,,that way even a rediculous morning selloff wouldn't jeopardize the listing procedure. Guess I'll just have to wait and see along with everyone else. <Alt><roll> 21! Looking for Blackjack. In my hand, not dealers :)
