What is most strange all the policies out there do most harm to the middle and working class especially the younger generation... Just looking at gas prices, affordable new housing dire shortage, open immigration... Yet most people keep chugging along even with the traffic, near $5 gas and $2k month rent for tiny apartments.. Prop 13 makes no sense to me. At least here in FL you are capped at 2%, get $50k reduction in assessed value taxed but only on your homestead you actually live in.. If you die or move it is lost forever...Been out there so many times the past 20 years... Such a beautiful state
