Don't know details of his holdings, but sometimes insider deals are such that the insider must pay taxes, whether he sells or not, so some shares must be sold to raise the cash.
If he had sold a larger % of holdings, it might be cause for concern, but 35K is insignificant, IMO.

My tea leaves say we see 7 by close this week.
