Hi Dorine, Everything has indeed been resolved regarding my credit, and I wanted to thank you sincerely for taking care of this matter personally and immediately when brought to your attention. No more apologies are necessary at all regarding this unfortunate incident, and I hope we can work together more constructively next time. Again, I really appreciated your assistance in this. Friends of course, and no hard feelings! I was away on an extensive business trip and had the worst time plugging into AOL and the Internet, hence the delay in replying to your messages.
