Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Oct. 14, 2003, effective at 11:22 a.m. PT, Oct. 16, 2003, trading in the company's securities will remain halted pending receipt and review of acceptable documentation regarding the change of business and/or reverse takeover pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange Listings Policy 5.2.
