George, I understand your point very well. No matter what the price of Borl is, as long as it is under 12 3/4, however, the cost of the acquisition is fixed at about 60 mill. Why doesn't the company pay that in cash from the 90 mill it has? Why issue additional Borl stock when many companies are buying back some of their own stock? P.S. The hype I refered to in my earlier message is what somebody from OEC might tell us about the intrinsic value of his company, at this point. Ghassan.
