Given that tonto is correct on this (which I doubt), the 2.5MM share are not likely a part of the 30MM "acquisition" shares. These shares would/should be used for acquisitions and Raabe would not sell them at 2 cents....he would bargain them for future value in acquisitions. Think about it Pugs, 2.5MM shares at $.02 is $50K. What are you going to buy for that? Then look at 30MM shares (the entire "acquisition capital") at say $.03...that's $900K.....are you going to buy a $100MM revenue stream for that? I don't think so. TC
