The company acquired its' scanner source code through the the default of a judgement they had against Scorpion Technologies in Nov of '93.The product was Scorpions SGS scanner technology.Not Sedona.Sedona is a value added reseller, a marketing company.Did you know there are 2 unresolved lawsuits against the company.One alleges fraud and the other was bought on by an int'l arbitration tribunal in France for failure to deliver product. BTW, the 8% convertibles sold last year are all mostly converted to common,meaning more dilution of your holdings.The s3 on Edgar is gone.I went to the server location and its been pulled.Filed early?Who knows.Enjoy your enthusiasm. I simply stated my findings.Don't get all pissy about what I say.I said in my first post that I was the company bear The company has been singled out quite a bit for being somewhat of an apple polisher.Lawsuits and continued losses don't enhance value to you as the investor.Remember this:Revenues and earnings are all you need to make a decision to buy or sell a stock.If you are missing some of either,find out why.When they purchased Tangent in 1995, they issued 1 million in warrants and compensated the Tangent owners with employment and salaries to an additional 300k plus some.Tangent is supposed to have bought in 12 mil in sales by the end of 1998.They won't bring in half that much.You should be dissapointed.Good luck.
