I presume you're watching Teletek for signs of life also? We'll both do better if we look for it in Martian rocks, IMO.
Here? well, he should get a bounce if all goes according to plan (his); those foreign folks want to cash in their chips and for that positive press is required to gain notice and some mo to the point where they can unload chunks at a time.
Get the price rising as the volume increases (easy enough for the MMs) if just enough outsiders are proselytized and "buy in" (double meaning) to the story.
