Cramer is a better contrary indicator than a Merrill Lynch upgrade. Cramer was buying ASND last Fall at 50 (on the way down), panning it late last year in the 20s (on the way back up) and bagging on CSCO a few months back at 60 -- immediately before CSCO made its most recent 30%+ move. From what I've seen, the guy is the most overrated, emotional investor I know.

Must be time to buy.
