I am wondering about the same things, maybe lacking investor relations are adding to the pressure. I don't see how MTLS could come out but a winner, they have mostly excellent products, wide distribution, and pretty good direct marketing. Their market should keep growing nicely too. I guess you just never know, if a merger is succesful, when it's paid for and profits make it through to the bottom line again. I am still doing dd at this point - does anyone know when this year's annual shareholder meeting takes place? regards, Hagbard
