In Addition:WWW correct. I have noticed in a few occasions about the
Crtc and their licencing. They can be very slow to act(relates to think perhaps)
I was watching Buisness World awile ago and the situation was that a good
Canadian buisness moved down south due to the quickness of the Crtc. This
company was in the broadcasting field -tv- related and was offering
programs that had a growing audience here in Canada, as in the Us.Because of
the Crtc's wait and wait concept the company packed up and moved south.
I do not know of the Crtc's implications involving licencing and
why it seems to be time orientated(slow) But I do know int the
situation I had just mentioned- There goes a few million south-Steve
